   My dog(Bonnie) has been coming to Ruffles since she was a puppy and we absolutely love it here! She uses the daycare and grooming facilities and we've always had a positive experience. All the day care staff are lovely and the manager Ryan is always accommodating. We wouldn't go anywhere else! x

   Phoebe’s been going to Ruffles for grooming and occasional daycare since she was a puppy. We get so many updates of her day and her groom while she’s there. She loves going and especially loves all the people who work there. She always comes out of her grooms looking lovely. She’s better behaved at daycare and during her grooms than she is at home. We also used Ruffles recently for housesitting and we were so happy. So many updates every day of her meals and walks, and she seemed totally relaxed.

   Such an awesome place! Our dog is always so excited to spend the day there. The staff are lovely and really care about the dogs in their care. They send us photos and videos throughout the day so that we can see the adventures that Stan is having. It’s a huge help having Ruffles nearby. They’ve been our saviours on days when meetings have been booked last minute and we can’t take Stan with us. We also have Stan groomed at Ruffles by Milla. She’s fantastic! He always looks great and Milla even asked for reference photos to see how we’d like his hair to be cut. She really cares about the pups that she works with.

   Visiting from out of town, I sent my dog here for 2 days. This is one of the best daycares I have ever seen. The staff are super friendly and professional, the booking process was easy and I really like the services they offer. It's very evident they care about the dogs and provide great care and enrichment. Would highly recommend and wish I lived closer so I could use them all the time! My dog had a great time.

   I have been taking my Larry here for years, first for daycare and now a monthly groom. He absolutely loves it and loves the Ruffles team. I cannot rate them highly enough and thank them for the care and love shown to my baby. I wouldn't consider taking him anywhere else, even though its roughly a 40 mile round trip to get there.

   My Rufus loves its. The staff are absolutely amazing you can see they generally care for the dogs. The photo/video updates are fantastic that you get always makes me smile. I would definitely recommend I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you you guys are amazing

   We love ruffles but most importantly our dog does too. All the staff at ruffles LOVE dogs and are so caring and make sure that your dog is not only safe and well cared for but having the absolute best time ever. We've also had some behavioural corrections sessions with Sharon that were so so so helpful. Our dog was struggling with attachment issues, recall and being around people as she was a covid puppy and not used to people in our house. Sharon came round for the afternoon and gave us the most incredible advice and taught us how to fix the behaviour and within a few weeks everything has been sorted out and we are all less stressed. With amazing aftercare and being able to ask advice if we were struggling I couldn't recommend the service more. We've also sent our dog for home boarding with Kendal (who we suspect is actually our dogs favourite person) a few times and she's had the best time. I'm always happy to leave my pup knowing she'll have the best day! They even throw them a little party on their birthdays which is the cutest thing ever.
