   A truly amazing service. After my mum went into hospital, Heartlands welcomed her dogs for the first 4 days but were unable to accommodate them further. However when I called a few days later to check whether they would have space to extend the dogs stay and explained that we had no clear idea IF or when my mum would recover, Lou reassured me that in these circumstances the team would happily keep them until we knew more. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to know that the dogs were safe and I didn't have to keep moving them whilst desperately trying to spend as much time as I could at the hospital. EVERY member of staff I spoke to over the period were amazing. They were reassuring, kind, helpful and thoroughly nice people. The dogs have returned home happy and content and have clearly been treated really well. Thank you so much, Heartlands. I cannot thank you enough for everything..

   I cannot rate Heartland enough, if I could give a million stars I would. I have taken my dog here since he was a puppy and the love and care that they give to all of fur babies is amazing! All of the staff are so friendly, always happy to help and I know my dog will be in great care with them. So if you are looking for the best care and service Heartland is your place!    I cannot recommend Heartland Kennels enough. My dog has been going there since she was a pup and continues to go twice a week for daycare, as well as for boarding. The entire team is absolutely fabulous—every single person you meet clearly cares deeply about the animals. It’s obvious they’re not just in this business to make money; they’re in it because they truly love what they do. They’re always incredibly accommodating and consistently friendly, which explains why they have a waitlist. Heartland Kennels gives me complete peace of mind, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough Lucy

   Little Ronnie is a little fussy guy at the best of times but he loves coming here. He struggles with dogs but he's become a lot more confident and welcoming since going to Heartland. The Team are amazing and always make us feel welcome and help out when I need to change bookings at short notice. Best doggy daycare/overnight stop in the area without a doubt.

   Our crazy cockapoo has been with Heartland for a good few months now and it's the best thing we've ever done for him! He goes to daycare 2/3 times a week and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing with the animals and always post pictures so you can see what your fur babies are up to each day. I would highly recommend to anybody! Their prices are unbeatable too which is a bonus but they'd be worth every penny regardless!

   Left my cat, miles, with them while I went to holiday. Nervous as miles had never been in cattery before. The place looked very clean and the cat section was really good. Miles look well looked after, and didn't seem stress! They have taken good care of him.
