   It was our first time leaving our vizsla with Bridge house, we have tried a few other kennels with "luxury" facilities but our dog has not come home in better shape and condition than when he went here. The positivity started when they owner wanted to meet Axel, we got a full guided tour and I could see how much they cared for dogs. I was spoken through all my options in regards to food and told how his day would pan out. I was really pleased to hear that Axel would be visited regularly and given a couple of small walks per day. In previous kennels he has not been walked and as a high energy dog he needs exercise. Axel came home after 10 days in top condition, I was ready to bath him and give his bedding a good wash.... but their was no need! He had been given a bath and smelt amazing and was super soft, his bedding and toys had also had a wash!. I was so impressed with this , and I have never experienced this before even with "luxury" high end kennels. The staff made sure he was given his filled kong every day and his evening bone (we provided these). As I saw Axel being bought out for collection, prior to him noticing us he was trotting along with the staff, so happy. The owner even called the next day to apologise for not being on site during collection and a few miscommunication regarding pick up time. I would 100000% recommend and leave my dog here again. He has come home, happy, healthy and smelling delightful. Thank you x

   Our dog was very well cared for and his coat looked beautiful when we picked him up. You can see how much the owners love the dogs They are very accommodating to try and fit you in even last minute. Good pick up times and reasonably priced.

   I would not recommend using these kennels. The lady managing the place treated us with suspicion and arrogance from the very moment we arrived. They did not accept our dog, despite previously telling us they had availability, leaving us in deep trouble as we had an international trip scheduled. Our dog can be a little nervous/excited at times, but he has never been aggressive toward people or other dogs. We made that clear before going there and simply asked them to approach him slowly, as advised by our dog trainer. Nevertheless, they were unwilling to do this, as they decided on the spot that our dog would have given them trouble. We believe the staff may simply be unprepared (or unwilling) to deal with different types of dogs hence why we suggest not wasting time with this kennels also to avoid being treated poorly and finding yourself in trouble with no place to leave your dog.

   Our black lab, Murphy, recently stayed at Bridge House Boarding Kennels for five days and we couldn't have been more pleased with his care whilst we were away. Being 12 years old, he can be a little nervous at times or even grumpy but we had nothing to worry about and, when we picked him up, it was clear that he had enjoyed his stay.    I booked my dog in here as we were at a local festival. He had the most amazing time and was so happy when he was collected. He smelt amazing and I would most definitely use them again. I wish my local kennels were this good x

   Bridge House Kennels looked after our puppy as a one off for the afternoon while we attended a funeral locally. They were very responsive to our enquiry, incredibly friendly and, most importantly, were amazing with Buster during his stay. He trotted off very happily when we left him which made us confident that he would be well looked after for the few hours he was there. I would highly recommend Bridge House Kennels.

   We have used the boarding kennels many times over the last 8 years. My dogs have always been happy to be there and have remained in good condition and happy, they are exercised regularly and very well cared for. We would not hesitate to recommend these kennels for your dog.
