   Having had many dogs for 30 years and using lots of kennels over that time, they are very good. The dogs always come back happy and smell nice which is a good indication of the care. Also when walking through to pick up my GSD, the rest of the dogs are cheery and wagging their tails.

   We haven’t used kennels much, so we were nervous and mentioned this to the team there. The man on reception was not friendly and quite dismissive when we picked the dogs up. We didn’t get any information really on how the dogs had been and did not feel reassured about the care the dogs received. We would not use this kennel again. It would have been lovely to have an update on how the dogs were while we were away. And maybe even a text with a photo or update.

   Fairly priced, clean, friendly and all round professional. Our Lab loves going to stay at Brookside and practically jumps out the car and runs in himself! Wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else. They are a great team. Lovely spacious kennels with lots of outside room to charge about.

   Have been using Brookside for our lab for the past five years since he was a puppy as do my relatives with their dogs.. Brookside and its team are fantastic, always so friendly and are brilliant with our pets over the years.. The kennels are of great condition, dogs are fed very well / exercised and communication is never an issue whilst we are away if we wish to check how our pooch is :) Ollie loves going to Brookside whenever we are away and we will always use Brookside as long as we have a four legged family member :) Not sure what else to say other than they’re brilliant and with zero faults over the years we’ve used them.. cannot recommend them enough! You’ve tried the rest now try the best :)

   I always feel comfortable leaving my dog and cats here. One of my cats has medical issues and Cyril has always messaged me if there's a problem or any changes. Nice knowing he has a vet nearby when needed. It's a no frills kennel, basics are taken care of and that's all I could ask for with my pack. Staff is wonderful, accommodating, helpful and clearly do their best.
