   Over the moon to have found Houndhaus, Jules and Steve. Our rescue dog Cocker, Sophie is a very special dog, who is very nervous after a previous life and she is frightened of everything and everyone, but she has found a home from home for when we travel. She has made friends with other dogs that stay at Houndhaus and always looks very happy during her stay. This takes a lot of the worry and anxiety away from us whilst we travel. Sophie comes home like she hasn’t been away from the safety of her own home and she gets as spoilt with Jules and Steve as much as in her own home. We do not hesitate to book her in for us to travel for work or holidays. I would recommend Houndhaus very highly, 6 stars if it were possible.

   Just returned from a week away and picked up Digby from Houndhaus. He had a great week with Steve and Jules and has been very well looked after, with regular walks, games and cuddles on the sofa. We got daily updates throughout the week (photo taken while we were away) and it was great to know how well he was being looked after while we were away. I would highly recommended Houndhaus to anyone looking for home away from home care.

   100% recommend Hound Haus West Bridgford. From the first meet and greet Steve and Julie put us at ease, showing us all the meticulous policies and paperwork they had in place. Aside from being extremely thorough and considered in the running of their business and the safety of the dogs in their care, it was clear they are real dog lovers and that it would be a warm and friendly home from home for our little Beaglepoo Annie. We enjoyed the regular updates, safe in the knowledge that Annie was being well cared for. Thanks Hound Haus! As soon as I have the dates for our next break, I’ll be in touch! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

   It takes a lot of trust to leave your dog with someone else, but I would not hesitate to recommend Jules and Steve. Lola (9 years old Golden Retriever) is made so welcome in their home, they are real dog lovers and it shows. The photo updates are lovely to receive when you are away from your dog. Steve's photo skills are far better than my own! The house is lovely and clean, and they have a good-sized secure garden, all boxes ticked.
