   Terrible customer service. My daughter who is 18 years old, and in possession of a British passport which can used as a form of ID, wanted to purchase a pack of nails but couldn’t due to the company’s regulations on the inclusion of glue in the nail pack. The cashier asked to see an ID and my daughter showed her passport to the cashier but was still refused the right to purchase.

   Great collection of day to day items, from toiletries, kitchenware, chocolate, and confectionery to small electronics like phone chargers. Also, there is a great selection of biscuits and cakes, crisps and breakfast bars, and cereals. Shop is inside the Dagenham Heathway Mall near to Boots. It has a step free access, so it is very accessible for wheelchair users or Mom's with kids buggies. Staff are helpful and polite. Overall, it is a great place to shop.

   It has improved in the last 5 years but not all items are one pound now so you have to watch out but they are pretty good with making this very clear. They do offers too. They have recently installed self check out service which is good for people who know how to use it. However there're help at hand. It's normally busy.
