   Always check your receipts. They cheat you a lot when you buy goods. My boyfriend was cheated out of 9 pounds, he should have paid 10 pounds, they said he should pay 19 pounds. They also cheated me, they added an extra product. When I asked for a receipt and tried to check it outside, the salesman followed me and said it was a mistake. When I pay, they don't even show the amount on the machine. Be careful.

   Good for dropping of postage items, always buy something after to help support the local shop. Somewhat small/cramped and ok selection of items but feels like everythings stacked everywhere and little room to navigate.

   Would give zero stars if possible! Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Waiting patiently in the busy queue to collect a parcel. Another customer decided to jump in front of me. When I challenged the customer the shopkeeper told me the queue is a certain way. Please keep in mind it is a small shop and there are no indication which way the queue goes. Having said that the customer saw me waiting but decided to jump the queue anyway. What ticked me off even further is when the other shop keeper told me those who collect parcels need to wait. Again, no indication in the shop of this rule. As far as i understand, first come, first serve! Definitely not using this shop again. Shop keepers need training to be educated in how to run the shop and NOT MAKING up rules as they go along. Reading the previous reviews, sadly only now, still no change since 4 years ago. Clearly the owner does not care as he/she does not respond/comment on the reviews.

   Avoid this place if you are looking for an ebay click and collect location! They refuse to accept deliveries when it suits them meaning you either end up with no goods or still go to courier depot tontry to get your item with no missed delivery card. Nightmare, still i suppose the fee quid i would spend there when collecting is better in my pocket than thiers. Update, even when contacted by Ebay on how to input the correct codes they still wont do it. Avoid this place

   Absolutely FOUL customer service at this store when trying to pick up a click and collect parcel. Shop assistant was rude, shouting aggressively at me unnecessarily, waving me away with his hands. Literally was so upset, another customer stepped in to help, but assistant was just as rude with him. Wouldn’t give name, wouldn’t get manager. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE BY SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE.

   Sold an item on eBay. The customer used this store for click and collect. The parcel was signed for then refused. The customer wants a refund as the store said the item had been returned to me which it hasn’t. As there was no address on the parcel to return the parcel. Parcel missing and customer wants refund so out of pocket. Absolutely dreadful service . DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR CLICK AND COLLECT

   Do not use these people for click and collect. They are atrocious They refused to give me the item as they were ignorant on how to scan it. They were contacted by both collect plus and ebay team and still claimed ignorance. on the final occasion they just sent the item back. Their final reasoning was.. we dont get paid for this service if we cant scan with paypoint. As a result the parcel was lost and given it shows as delivered to this awful store no claim is allowable. 200 out of pocket thanks to these buffoons.
