We spend a fortune at matalans and george every year. As we are physically disabled yes physically disabled people still exist it takes a long time to walk around got a parking fine even with blue badge now we know we are not welcome we shall take our business elsewhere. Seems its not just the govt that wants to get rid of us

Unfortunately, even though they have a cafe in store there is no customer toilet. I was going to have breakfast there but needed the toilet first. I might have even had a look around after my breakfast, but they lost my business because I had to find a cafe with a toilet to have something to eat. I find it a little bit strange for somewhere with a cafe not to have a toilet. I've never known it before.

The women behind the desk is one rude inconsiderate person.. I’ve never in my life came across someone so inhumane & that’s me being nice. I was there today with my diabetic grandad in he’s 70s who struggles to hold he’s bladder. She wouldn’t allow him to use the toilet without buying something which there wasn’t anything diabetic friendly. Resulted in him following through.. Bare in mind I had spent £100 in store. If things couldn’t get any worse I sneezed and wet myself (can’t hold my bladder since giving birth) I have urine all down my leg over my trousers & my shoe.. embarrassing as it is and she still didn’t have it in her to show some empathy to let me clean myself up.. I have my 3 year old daughter, a trolley full off shopping, it wasn’t like I could run out to somewhere else quickly. I’m actually mortified there’s people so greed for money that they would choose to watch someone suffer then help out someone in need. I wouldn’t give this place a penny. You don’t treat people like this.

The shop is ok, layout is fine for disabled and people with buggies, lift stairs and an escalator to access the first floor, again easy to move around, found the selection of boys clothes to be tiny compared to the girls?, Not sure why, there is a cafe and toilets also on this floor.

Found what I was looking but only 1 in store. Staff helpful and told me to order on line. They had lots of stock on the shelves and prices are reasonable. Would definitely go here again.
