Staff in the food and clothing are lovely. Security also greet on the door. Some good reductions and great quality food.
I visited your store on Tuesday, 14th October, at around 18:20 with my little daughter. As we attempted to enter, a security guard shouted “Closed! Closed!” at me. When I asked about the store’s closing time, as it was stated to be 18:30, he responded that 18:30 was the time for customers to leave. I found this interaction very disappointing and unprofessional. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, as it does not reflect the level of customer service I usually expect from M&S.
It’s with a heavy heart, I’m afraid to give one star for the bad service I received. I love M&S for as long as I can remember, Iv always brought from the food hall, and clothes. In bexleyheath, I was served by Wendy “bra fitter” on the till’s last week, she was extremely rude to me for no reason. I wonder if she has any customer service experience to be able to be placed on the tills to serve the general public. To answer this I think not as her attitude was appalling.
Myself , mum and our friend all went to marks as our friend wanted to buy another bra. We spoke to Wendy who couldn’t help us enough, she went above and beyond for us all and even helped us with our bra sizes showing us that we was actually buying the completely wrong size. After her help what was only meant to be 1 of us buying a bra we all ended up buying bras all due to Wendy and her help and professional manner. Thank you again Wendy for all your help and we will all be back. If you are ever in doubt about your bra size and want some help, ask for Wendy as she was absolutely brilliant and so so nice.
Today on Mother’s Day I received dead flowers That really upset me I have shopped with M & S for years never needed to complain But today spoilt my Mother’s Day
No respect and manners for customer I felt yesterday. A young man served me and my friend yesterday, he was huffing and puffing, shaking his head. He was happy to serve us then my friend asked why you are doing this behaviour to us? He stared shouting us loudly. We are 50+ ladies, well educated one of us is Teaching Assistant other is working at home for Europa company. It was very upsetting experience yesterday. We had spoken with a lady manager about. Hopefully it would be better and hopeful.
Use this branch occasionally staff friendly enough prices par for the course usually use Eltham branch as it's nearer but Bexleyheath is more than ok.
The food is OK., but The employee (women) did not have good attitude toward customer.
Nice store, good stock levels.
