   **Very disappointing and unprofessional service.** I placed an order for collection from London and was told it had been booked, with a reference number to follow. The sender waited the entire day for the pickup, but nobody came. When I contacted the team, they couldn’t even find the booking in their system because the person who originally handled it was on leave — meaning there was *no handover* whatsoever. They then rebooked it and confirmed next-day delivery, but it still didn’t arrive, this time blaming a storm. On top of all the delays and confusion, their charges were almost double what other service providers ask. Overall, extremely poorly managed and unprofessional. I would not recommend their service.

   Ordered appliance from England which was meant to be delivered by them on Tuesday. No sign at all. On Friday I rang appliance company who said this courier apparently attempted delivery on Monday and Tuesday. That's strange, I was in the house all day Monday and working from home Tuesday and not a peep. No knock, no call, no delivery attempt note. I also sent City Air Express an email on Wednesday asking about this and not even a response. Very, very poor service, no contact and blatant lies that they attempted delivery when they didn't.

   Was unironically quoted £180 for a package from Armagh to Belfast. Less than 40 miles distance. I highly recommend using other services as i got a quote for the same parcel £10 with a private deliverer and got the parcel at my door the same day.

   I contacted the courier and they confirmed their driver had collected my item from RMC auction house and labeled my item and now they can’t find my package? It’s likely stolen and even though I paid for insurance now they say it was a jewellery item and is not covered as well! Really very disturbing when they even wrote to advise pick up? How can they not find it? Someone there knows where it is. I would not recommend using them after this as no one has still found my item..

   Attempted delivery within 24hours of my order being lodged. No one was at home at time of delivery, they were able to redeliver next working day. I instead was able to collect the parcel from their dispatch centre. Super helpful and friendly guys, couldn't recommend them more.

   AVOID them . Unfortunately had to deal with this company . Seller from whom I ordered expensive parcel sent it to this company . In scheduled delivery dates there was no delivery . Tracking on website is not working , was asking million of times info about my parcel but they didnt provide any useful info . I dont know if they lost it or they dont know how things are going in the company . I am still waiting , they dont contact me . Very unprofessional , avoid them !

   Great service! Needed some flat pack furniture delivered to NI and city air express had it organised within a day, furniture was picked up and arrived at my house in less than 3 days! Couldn't fault them! Every person I dealt with was so helpful on phone and email.

   Have used City Air for many years. Cannot find a better / more reliable courier company. They deliver our parcels and pallets next day at a very reasonable rate. If I have any queries Curtis usually responds very quickly and resolves any issues to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them
