   My experience with Parcel Flow has been mostly smooth, although I feel it fair to address some concerns mentioned in other reviews. If you ship a package to Spain, it is true that you will only be able to use their most expensive shipping option. When you're shipping anything to Spain, especially medications, your only safe method to bypass customs over there is via a relay service based in Northern Ireland. Although their shipping is expensive, you'd be hard-pressed to find another NI based forwarding service with both a free sign up and membership. It all depends on how often you're shipping stuff to Spain. That said, I wish they did a better job of communicating this to the consumer, both in their quick quote and their order arrival email, which still says that they "strongly recommend" TNT Express even though you have no other option. There was also a period in November where parcel flow got backlogged with orders and were not able to keep up with the supply. During that time, they were unable to answer any calls or messages due to something that came up, which is fair, and eventually they caught up to shipping everything. That said, I wish they did a better job of communicating this to the consumer be it via a notice on the homepage or an announcement that they'd take a brief hiatus on accepting new packages. Overall, I'd say their service is worth it

   Scammers - the hold my order for 18 days and they do not ship it. They do not even reply after so many emails sent and also after the legal notice of my lawyer. I will add soon screenshots of the “communication” of these scammers. If you want to save yourself your money and time stay away from them.

   Disappointing. My package arrived more than a week ago and i have zero communication from their side. I have sent few emails asking about my package and what's the steps for forwarding my package to my address, but they didn't bother to follow up with any. They have a note on their webpage that they reply to all the requests within a day and if you mention on your text that it is urgent they are trying to follow up within an hour. So far away from the truth. Not even sure if i will receive my package, but please be aware of the situation before you use their service. Hope other customers to have better luck.

   I paid 77£ (90 euros) for a 626 grams parcel from the UK to Spain. If you think that they are going to charge you what they offer on the 'quick quote' page you are wrong. To say more: when I did the quick quote I got like 6 or 7 options, some of them affordable. When the parcel arrives to them: You will see an icon that says 'Pay now' and there what I could see was only one option available. Which one? The most expensive one. Where are the rest of the options? Disappeared. Their excuse: with the rest of the options from the quick quote page, the majority of the parcels are returned to them. As a favor they activated these options for me but warned me that 'I would be wasting my money'. They basically hold your parcel ransom and ask for whatever they feel like. Rip off. Stay away. EDIT after owner's reply: -I did not want speed, you forced me into choosing 24hr delivery, AS THERE WAS SIMPLY NO OTHER OPTION AVAILABLE- -I couldn't choose any other forwarder as 'it would be returned to Parcel Flow and I would waste my money' (literal transcription of your email - that was your 'explanation' to me, your threats more like) The nerve

   I was very happy with their service - they forwarded my package from India to Hungary in only 1 business day. I would have been happier with more couriers to choose from, but Royal Mail was good enough too.

   I used their service and would say on balance i am quite happy. I had a situation where I had to return an item i bought with a free return label provided by the seller. These guys returned the parcel with that label without charging me anything for their service. Note that sometimes it takes them couple of days to respond to my requests but that's not a big deal for me.
