   Was only notified this morning that the parcel landed with Beatties and they had it delivered within a few hours. John was very polite and helped me in with the parcel as it was very heavy. Quick, efficient and friendly. Will be happy to use again ☺️

   Ordered Monday from UK supplier for a overnight delivery, as we are a third world country now I knew it would take 48 hours. Now 4th day, just getting same message whilst holding bumming up their wonderful service ,bakery still closed as the equipment is for critical gas safety. Doesn't look like bakery will be opening before Tuesday afternoon. They take the money and delivery a poor service. Will be advising supplier find a courier who can move goods on time or we will be moving our supplier!

   Ive never left a bad review... but this crowd is shocking. We missed their first delivery, went online to arrange redelivery, commented to leave it anywhere at all if nobody is home. There was someone home all last week, no sign of them. No delivery attempt note etc. When I tracked it online it said delivery attempted? Called them to arrange collection (40 mins away), they asked for details and said pick it up today between 10 & 3. Got there, and they said they'd sent it back to the seller. Very poor show.

   Jerome (office) tried everything to get my parcel here early (two man deliveries only done on Saturdays) - I didn't know it was meant to be a two man delivery and had arranged for someone to be here Friday to build them!. Anyways, Jerome went out of his way to get them here Friday. The driver (Michael) was incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was too much for him! Really appreciate the service and the extra steps taken to help me out!... Thank you! Thank you! ... And definitely recommended!

   Parcel was delivered over one month late, citing "policies" that made no sense. They claim that the only attempt to deliver a parcel once, then wait for contact from the recipient of their business card left when a parcel cannot be delivered. Despite this, my parcel was (attempted to be) delivered twice to the wrong address with no contact to myself afterwards. Upon calling to sort out the problem, staff were very rude, condescending and generally unpleasant, and when speaking to manager about the previously stated issue, he was even more rude than the staff. The worst customer service I've experienced, along with a poorly run delivery service. Would not recommend.
