   We had a terrible time with these people. Hired them to stay at our house to look after our dog back in 2017. Paid for the 18 hours service and they said he wouldn't be left on his own more than 4 hours at a time. On one day he was left for 6 hours and the next day for 7.5 hours. They also only did a 8 minute walk on the day he was left for 6 hours and a 12 min walk on the day he was left for 7.5 hours. We had to cut our holiday short as we were so concerned about our dog. When we questioned them after we got home, about the time he was left on his own, they said they had an emergency with one of their regular dogs. We are very reasonable people and had we know that we could have sent someone round to let our dog out but they did not communicate this at that time but took the decision to leave him alone for 7.5 hours. Their attitude was that our dog was not the only dog they had to look after and that this is a business. Not good IMO.

   Sophie was brilliant from the very start. She has a wonderful personality and is trustworthy and reliable. Sophie stayed over and made sure that mine amd my sisters dog and cats were loved and cared for whilst we were away and kept me informed and updated which reassured me. Sophie cleaned up after the furries and left everywhere spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending Beethoven and Friends

   Highly recommend. Sophie has taken care of our dogs needs since we had him. Her service is reliable and the attention and care she gives to her animals is second to none. I have always felt safe having Sophie walk our pet which is invaluable.

   Sophie (and now Alan) have taken care of our babies since they first came to us last year. We have one older dog and two rescues. The two rescues are so picky about who they let near them after all they’ve been through but they are completely obsessed with Sophie! She’s incredible with all our pets, looked after them so well on an overnight stay and is always so accommodating to my ever changing schedule. Having Sophie has eased our minds so much about being away from our dogs as we know they’ll always be in safe hands.
