    Perfect delivery by two outstanding young men. I was kept informed every step of the way even though my order was from Amazon. Very pleasant and friendly guys and even though I'm in a wheelchair and the item was large, they went out of their way to make sure I could still get past it and around the house. Thank you Brandon and Josh. Perfect is not a word I use too often but we'll deserved in this case.

    Great communication from company. Told me the exact date of delivery and was very fast. Rang before arriving to say they were on their way. 2 blokes carried the boxes up the stairs for me. They made sure I could manage before leaving. Very reliable delivery company. Would definitely use them again 5***** from me.

    Had a sofa delivered from The Range by Direct Deliveries NI (on behalf of FURDECO). While the communication regarding the delivery window was clear and accurate, the two delivery drivers who carried out the delivery were very unfriendly and couldn't leave fast enough after dropping my sofa off just inside my front door. I was worried about the state of the sofa given the level of the damage to the box (they weren't handling the items with care) but fortunately The Range packs their items well. I have to say that I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in future.

    Had a bed delivered from Made via these guys and they were so heavy handed they knocked my radiator off the wall in my bedroom resulting in me needing a plumber at my own expense. They also left marks on walls and ceiling on my stairs and a picture frame was left knocked wonky. This was 4 weeks ago I complained at the time about the radiator and have had no update from them. The guys delivering seemed in a rush and just dragged/pushed boxes along tiles in my hall and banged boxes off walls up the stairs and in the bedroom. Avoid.

    Good communication via text and telephone calls. Morning delivery was hampered by low level bunting, which the delivery van could not get by. Bunting was removed and they were able to deliver in the afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff. Delivered furniture to desired room.

    Had 2 sofas delivered. They messaged us the day before and on the day called with a delivery time. They explained that due to Covid19 they were unable to enter our home and place the furniture but did everything they could to get it as close as possible. The 2 guys couldn't have been any more helpful and were very pleasant

    I bought a bed where it got delivered by direct delivery today, the 2 delivery man left me the bed outside. I am heavy pregnant and i have asked if could he leave it atleast of the entrance but inside which was refused. I totally understand with the virus everyone needs to keep the distance but If it was a elder person or disabled how were they going to bring the bed inside? We all are here in risk in here as this packages are passing from person to person but if u guys cant even leave it in a entrance (inside) you should provide them gloves and mask or maybe close.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First of all Direct Deliveries had messed up my delivery day and collection, they where meant to deliver and collect my damaged item on the same day which was on Monday 30th April between 9:30am-12:30pm. I received a message on the Friday before confirming that there would be a delivering on the Monday, so I decided to ring to confirm that the damaged item would also be delivered. As I rang I got through to a rude receptionist explaining that my item won’t be with me on Monday, “we forgot to call you.” Apparently it wasn’t with them and will be with me on Thursday. Monday came and I was still told that the other item that was damaged would be collected between 9:30am-12:30pm... 1:30pm came and still no sign! I rang Direct Deliveries to be told that, “they were under the impression that it didn’t need to be picked up!” I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life, it is a damaged item and of course it needs to be picked up as it was arranged! I spoke to the owner, “John” and was explained that the driver couldn’t pick it up so I had to arrange for it to be picked up on Tuesday morning (which was hassle.) On thursday morning I had received a call saying that my order would be with me between 7:50am-8:50am which was great, however 9:15am past and still so sign, so I rang Direct Deliveries AGAIN and asked where they were, of course the lady said il find out and get back to you, (didn’t get back to me.) I found the number to ring the driver at 9:30am to find out where they were, I was told that they are on a break!! 9:50am came and both delivery men arrived and carried my parcel upstairs, they just left it there as if they where leaving, I asked if they could obviously check to see if it is ok and to make sure that it isn’t damaged AGAIN, as they where opening the packing one guy in particular was really heavy handed by using his feet stomping all over the cardboard with the polystyrene balls flying everywhere in my hallway. I had to keep reapeating, “can you please watch the walls” as you could clearly see that the cardboard was scraping them! Both delivery drivers checked and said it was ok, I checked myself and it was damaged!! With a crack at the front of the item (which you couldn’t miss!) I asked for the item to be sent back as it was damaged and was told to sign on a piece of paper to say that they have delivered and returned the item. Due to the way the delivery was handled I have never been so flustered and shocked by the way the drivers disrespected my house, that I just wanted them out. I was on my own and have never felt that intimidated in my life by their behaviour. I had rang Direct Deliveries right away explaining the situation and they where nothing but rude and unhelpful, I had also rang “John” the owner to be told that he would do a “full investigation.” A week later and of course no further contact so I decided to call again. I was told that there isn’t anything that they can do and basically that is it! Do NOT ever use this company, they are rude, disrespectful, unreliable and dishonest.
