Very bad if I had a know I can pick a delivery I would have chosen Royal Mail evri is very bad and if you ring the number there cut you off very bad customer service
Lost item,got 3 different delivery dates+still never arrived.

Hermes is a disgrace.they picked 2 parcels up from my home for return.i have been emailing the shop where i bought my items and they cannot find my details.when i went online to track my return with hermes it is saying that i no longer want them picked up.wen they wet picked up on 16th june.for return.plus they make it near impossible to get intouch with them.when u ring they ask for a tracking number.when you are reading it out the robot on the phone just keeps saying sorry I did,ent get that over and over again every time u read it out.
