   I had a good experience with DHL while sending a document to India. The staff were very helpful, clearly explained the delivery timeline, and guided me through the entire process. The international shipping rate was also competitive. Overall, a smooth and reliable service.

   Sent a bottle of expensive whiskey from Belfast to New Zealand. DHL staff in Belfast couldn't be more helpful. I expected problems, due to sending alcohol, and got a very efficient service.Now I know where to go to send items worldwide. Thank you DHL Belfast

   The delivery NEVER arrives. Rider always says that no one was home but I’ve had to take time off work to be at home for their no show. Amazon arrived moments before. I will inform Etsy & EBay sellers that if they use DHL, I will no longer purchase

   Very disappointed with the service. I arranged a parcel pick up at the Belfast City Airport. After getting the bar code, pick-up and delivery instructions and paperwork from DHL they failed to pick up the parcel the next day which is what I was told they were to do. It sat at the airport for one week while I called DHL and emailed them, everyday day from Canada. When they did make it to the airport they went to the wrong location and failed to notify me. And I had to make further arrangements with DHL for parcel pick-up. All in all a stressful and disappointing experience.

   Very poor service didn’t come for collection as expected, when rang eventually got through and when operator realised I had a query simply hung up. 5 hours of my day wasted.

   DHL has delivered parcels in the past, a week later, they can not find find my address and drivers log fake data on their system i.e. unknown consignee - when they NEVER arrived at the address. Sender believes the fake data reported by drivers, no point in complaining as it is not possible.

   Shocking service - this was my first time using DHL. Had originally booked with Parcelforce but they told me they couldn't guarantee next day delivery because of the postal strike. Opted for DHL. Paid for next day delivery. Dropped off the parcel at the Centra on Ormeau Road late afternoon. When I check online on Wednesday it evening it still hadn't been picked up. Phoned customer service on the Thursday. They were very unhelpful. Finally saw it was picked up for delivery and on Friday it said it was delayed!! Tried calling numbers, leaving messages but no joy in trying to find out where the parcel is.

   Bless em, firstly they managed to send the item to France when it's was addressed to Belfast. Then DHL stated it was delivered, Then they claimed it was signed for at a service point. *now delivered.

   Got above and beyond outstanding service here today, firstly very helpful and friendly staff made my visit very straight forward. Secondly, when leaving, my car decided not to start and I was offered help by the manager Gareth to try and get it going. Despite his efforts for about 20 mins (baring in mind he was just about to head home for the day) we had no success with my car. As if Gareth hadn't done enough at that point, he then offered to go out of his way to drop my boyfriend and I back home! Honestly couldn't be more grateful to you Gareth, not many people would have gone to such lengths to help. DHL you've a legend in your midst!!
