   Would give less if I could. Couriers are not competent in my area. My home is not a new build and is clearly labelled on my house and the wall entering the culdesac. Yet on at least two occasions recently saying parcel delivered and view period of parcel is not my doorstep not indeed any of my neighbours doorsteps either. Worst courier service ever!!!!!!

   Terrible delivery service. States in Tracking of several of my recent parcels that delivery was attempted on several occasions for my parcels when NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE AT ALL!!! Nobody came to our door to attempt delivery. No indication when delivery will be made for my latest parcel which is now 3days overdue. If this is the fault of the driver then Evri should seriously consider his/her position with the company and with the view to dismissal if he/she was at fault Evri service & reliability leaves an awful lot to be desired & needs to be improved dramatically

   I had not been able to print label to return item and was relying on an alpha numerical code that was provided. Shopkeeper thought there should have been a bar code. But she tried the aloha numerical code and it worked. So outcome was successful.

   I had a problem with my delivery, but once I got past the BOT customer service and spoke to someone, the issue was sorted quickly, and my item was delivered.

   Cannot get through. I was told the parcel is out for delivery and then, the driver "ran out of time". I ordered this more than a week ago. Still waiting.

   Hermes "Evri" "service unavailable" in a hermes parcel drop off. Rebranding won't do any good if your level of service remains comically poor.
