Finley has been going to Sue since he was a puppy. He’s very anxious about his paws and doesn’t like the dryer but Sue is exceptional with him. Cuddles and reassurance calms him down. Thank you for making him look gorgeous.
Sue was amazing! She groomed our spaniel for the first time today - he has been nervous with other groomers to the point they couldn’t help. Sue showed the perfect balance of patience and confidence to encourage our dog to be comfortably during the groom and he looks great! She even gave us some advice on how to help make future grooms a better experience - 100% recommend and will be re-booking for the next one!
I took my 18 month, nervous Macedonian, rescue,for his first Groom with Sue this morning and what great experience it was. Sue gave so much time and attention to my dog and he was even layed down chilling out under the dryer, somthing he has previously been terrified of, when I went to collect him. Thank you so much for doing such a good job today on Hobson. He is a nervous dog around other dogs and you made such adjustments for that and he thoroughly enjoyed his trim. The price is good and the service is very good. It is good that you let me stay with him while you trimmed him as not many groomers allow that. It is also good that you treat dogs with disabilities, dogs that are blind and dogs that are aggressive, as again many groomers will not do that. Your love of dogs shines through and I would recommend you to anyone who needs grooming services.
Willow had never been to a professional groomer before, and we were concerned with how she would react with her being a rescue dog, we chose Sue due to the great reviews and patience she had shown with other rescue dogs that had been to see her. Willow looked fantastic, so neat and tidy! We would definitely recommend Sue and will be back with our other rescue dog too
Sue did a brilliant job with our very nervous springer! We had to stop taking him to a high street groomers as he would get so anxious, but no problems at all with Sue!
Sue did a wonderful job with my newly adopted and very nervous rescue dog. She took the time needed to make sure Fizz was as comfortable as possible - something most other groomers wouldn't do. Definitely recommend. The bow on the collar was a lovely touch!
