Libby did a great job looking after our two kittens while we were away. She was flexible in travelling to our location and sent us daily photo updates which were much appreciated. We came back to two happy cats!
Libby cared for my newly-rescued cat over the Christmas period, and I couldn’t be any happier with the experience. My cat is still very anxious around strangers and the meet and greet that Libby provided beforehand was really helpful for settling any concerns I had about leaving her. She was cared for brilliantly and was happy and relaxed when I returned. I would use Libby’s services again in a heartbeat!
I was recommended Libby's Pet Services by cat owners after asking if anyone local could board my house rabbits. I had never considered anyone coming into my home before, which was a little daunting for me, but Libby was happy to come over and meet me and my bunnies beforehand and explained how her services worked. I opted for two visits a day and got sent daily photos and updates while I was abroad. Libby also clipped their nails, cleaned their pen and opened curtains on my return. Libby has also looked after them on another occasion when one needed some medicines which she was happy to accommodate on her visits. I have so much peace of mind knowing that my rabbits will be extremely well cared for without having to stress them out by driving them to an unfamiliar environment! It's the perfect solution; my bunnies are happy and I am happy!
Libby looked after my two cats during my holiday and sent me lovely updates and photos every day. She even came to the house a few days beforehand to meet the cats and see where everything was etc. I felt totally comfortable leaving them in her capable hands and even more reassuring that she is a vet nurse. Libby looked after our two cats whilst we were away over Christmas and did an amazing job. She was really flexible, and able to work with our rather...interesting furry people really well. We were kept updated regularly, including pictures, and came home to find both cats happy, healthy and very well looked after. I had no concerns whatsoever about leaving them in her care, and will book her again in the future if needed. Wonderful!
