Libby is so helpful and hardworking. She's always so kind to me and my two ragdolls. I feel secure too knowing she's a vet nurse. My babies always come out looking and smelling great and relaxed!
Libby was wonderful. We dropped our cat Hugo off who has been sick recently with GI issues and had some matted hair on his chest. We booked him in for a lion cut with Matted hair and asked Libby to prioritise his comfort. After seeing Hugo, Libby recommended sanitary trim and wash and removed only the matted hair. Libby was so understanding when my partner explained all his health issues/ temperament in regards to grooming and she was lovely and offered advice. Hugo is home now and is really relaxed and more comfortable. Thank you.
Libby always greets us with a smile and no challenge is too tough. Very informative about how the groom went which is always nice to hear. Libby is prompt and I feel safe in the knowledge that my cat is well looked after!
Libby was so lovely and Storm came out looking like a prince! Smelt absolutely amazing and is so soft and he was so calm coming out. 100% reccomend, this was his first groom so we were really worried about how he would do so thank you so much!!
I took my cat for her first groom today with Libby. She was really kind and was very attentive to Nala. Nala had a bath a blow dry and a thorough brush. She came out smelling and feeling beautiful. She Absolutely 5 stars and will be going back. Thanks again!
Libby was very friendly and professional, explained what would happen during the groom beforehand, and then a little debrief afterwards. Penelope came back lovely and clean, and very calm considering it was her first time. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Libby is wonderful with my cat Jess. She obviously loves her cats. Having her bathed and groomed really does help keep her coat healthy and mat free, so if you are considering it for your cat then I would definitely recommend
I've got a very nervous former rescue cat who runs and hides at the slightest hint of a stranger coming into our home. Libby comes to clip his claws every couple of months and somehow has this way of making him feel calm and at ease. Would definitely recommend!
