   It's been almost impossible to trim my Main Coon Darwins claws the vets have given up because you can't argue with a 10kg cat I phoned up and explained my situation giving all his history but they assured me that it would be no problem. He got all his nails trimmed without any problems or stress and was even purring with the attention.. What a pleasure it was with the wonderful ladies so professional in every way. We are going back next week for some maintenance because Darwin can actually play with me now without me getting caught up.. One happy owner and a very happy cat customer

   After seeing a few spaniels with some lovely cuts in my local area, I asked where they had gotten groomed and all replied Fluff and Buff. With the warmer weather we thought it was time our girl had a good cut. I was a little nervous because I loved her natural but the grooming was becoming really hard work. We popped in to have a little nosey and booked an appointment. The lady asked how I would like our girl cut and she executed it perfectly! Made us feel at ease and our girl as she has only visited a groomers once before. We are so pleased with her cut and I think our pup is too!

   I spoke with Helena over the telephone regarding an Ultrasonic teeth clean for my toy poodle. Helena came over highly experience professional and friendly. I got an appointment quite quickly. On arrival Helena was lovely to meet she was very good with my toy poodle I had no issues leaving my poodle in her care, she did an excellent Job cleaning my Toy poodle's teeth. Due to the amount of plaque build up, I have to do my poodle teeth clean in different stages at a time so he gets use to it, and to keep on top of my poodles dental hygiene, I have re-booked Helena at Fluff and Buff to do another ultrasonic clean. I am really happy with my first visit there is a significant improvement from his clean. Also my toy poodle was quite happy afterwards and showed no sign of trauma Fluff and Buff was easy to find, their is free parking across the road at back of Heron Foods I would highly recommend!
