We were first introduced to Papplewick Pet Services, and therefore Natalie, 2 years ago. We were going on holiday and needed a dog sitter. We had the initial meet and greet, where we met her 3 boys. Our boy can be a bit cautious when meeting new friends, but he took to both Natalie and her boys so well, enjoying the 5 acres of enclosed of woodland that the dogs are able to enjoy, always under supervision though. Since then, he's been going to Natalie's every time we go away, and once a week for a play date with his now, best friends. We've sadly been through a lot with our boy, but Natalie has been with us every step of the way, even going out of her way to come to our house the day after he had an eye removed, to give him a groom as he was in a bit of a state. We cannot give enough stars here, 5 just doesn't seem to cut it when you consider that Natalie always goes above and beyond the call.
Amazing professional and friendly service. Took great care of my boy on his first groom and gave updates along the way. He looks so much better and smells incredible!
I took my new puppy for her first groom at 12 weeks to Papplewick Pet Services. Natalie was really lovely and caring and my puppy enjoyed her time with her & was very happy to be there. We took our rescue puppy here for his first ever groom. They were so good with from the messages prior the appointment as to what to expect to ensuring he was booked in for a long slot so he could get use to everything. Finn came out looking beautiful and relaxed. Cannot recommend enough and will be a repeat customer.
I have been bringing my golden retriever to Natalie for 2 years now, before this I never bothered with a regular groomer but she does such a good job that I love her going there now! She looks after River so well and she is always happy to go to her, and she comes back smelling and looking amazing! i have no hesitation recommending Natalie to anyone!
