This has been my dog's second grooming session with Karen. He is quite an anxious dog but Karen is so patient and takes her time. I am delighted how beautifully clean he is afterwards. Thank you Karen.
First class fur doo..... my dog hates being groomed and got barred from another place due to her barking.... the patience that Milo Paws has applied has paid off and we have been going for 3 years..... Karen is brilliant and we have regular appointments. The products Karen uses are fab and Dolly is always fluffy and smells divine. We have an appointment every 6 weeks. I'd definitely recommend for quality and price.
We have had our Maltipoo groomed with Milos paws for several years. Karen has done a fantastic job every time and we have always felt comfortable that our dog will be well looked after and treated kindly. Only one dog is groomed at a time. Having moved out of the area we will now have to try to find another groomer of her calibre, which could prove difficult.
We have used Milo’s Pawz dog grooming throughout 2024 onwards and we are extremely satisfied with the service and excellent grooming of our wire haired fox terrier. We took our dog for bail clipping. He gets a bit nervous so we thought it would be best if a professional would do them and they could last long and not do them that often. She started and on the second nail, he started bleeeding. They were cutting then so short he was screeming and he bled on 2 more! His nails are clear colour so you can easily see the blood vessels. We would not recommend at all and we will definitely not go back!
Our Scout loves Karen at Milo’s Pawz. She did a brilliant job with his winter woolly coat, especially his paws and difficult ears. He was very happy and relaxed both when I dropped him off and picked him up. Thanks Karen, would highly recommend.
Bonnie loved her grooming session at Milos Pawz. She loved having little cuddle breaks with Karen too. Karen spent the time to talk to us about what cut we wanted for Bonnie and she looks just beautiful. Would definitely recommend
My cockapoo has been seeing Karen due to him needing teeth cleaning. He’s very nervous but after the first couple of visits he’s settled well and is really happy to see her. His groomer has very recently closed her business who he has been seeing for the last 4 years. I’ve been really worried about how he would accept any changes. Because he’s been happy to see Karen, I booked a groom with her. He was again very happy to go. I sent pictures of the cut I wanted and she’s done exactly as I wanted. He came home so happy and looking absolutely fabulous. He’s all booked in to see in her in 6 weeks.
After using a grooming salon that can have up to 10 dogs at a time, I decided to try Milo's Pawz Dog Grooming. I have 2 Yorkshire Terriers. One is 6kg and one is 2kg tiny & timid. Milo's Pawz Dog Grooming can only have 1 dog at a time which actually turned out to be fantastic! The hut in the garden which has been converted into a secure and modern dog grooming studio is absolutely amazing and perfect! Each of my dogs got the 1on1 attention with lots of cuddles and fuss and when my timid girl needed a bit of time out, the time and patience Karen gave her was very important to me. I am so happy with their cuts. Attention to detail from Karen was superb. She listened to what I wanted. I saw a review which said she was "expensive" which I totally disagree with. I paid more going to a "salon" I will definitely be booking in again. Thank you very much!!
