   I sent a parcel from Belfast to the Netherlands. It still has not arrived after 3 weeks. There was no customs declaration attached, which is Ok if sent directly. However, it was sent via GB and therefore needed one. Completely incompetent.

   I've sent diffrent suitcases from Belfast to Italy and they all got to destination. The only time I had sent a cardbord box it went lost. There were perfumes, a Michael Kors wallet, a Guess watch and I was never refunded .

   Sent valuable sentimental item worth £100 to London to my son. Mail Boxes Etc. Belfast, charged me for packing the parcel and I trusted them, but when it arrived , the item was damaged beyond repair. I sent them photos of the damaged item but they could not care less. When I contacted them they blamed Parcel Force for the damage. They refused to compensate me. My son was very disappointed and it will now cost £120 to replace the item. Their attitude to the customer is dreadful

   While visiting St George's Market, I picked up two pieces of art. I was flying with carry-on baggage only so I had planned to ship them to London using Royal Mail. The art dealer recommended Mail Boxes Etc saying they would wrap them securely for shipping and it would be included in the price. I dropped the two pieces off, filled out the shipping details and was told to expect them the next day. Total cost was £42 (less than I expected) and I received an email later than day with the tracking number. They arrived the next day, very securely wrapped and no damage. Efficient and friendly service as a good price.
