They failed to deliver my parcel claiming no one was in. Total BS. No letter left as well. I am on the phone for 15 min now and all I hear is " we are working hard..." Can you than work harder? Maybe instead giving massive bonuses to you directors and feeding sharegholders you can actually take care of your customers?

Had showed an email that my parcel was in this depot. Didn’t receive a card or email from Royal Mail. Staff has said to check my tracking on their website, however it kept reloading then she checked my address and has said she rebooked it and should get an email about re-delivery the following day. However when I checked my email I never received anything. I had logged in my laptop and done it myself. Not did the staff just lie but wasn’t empathetic at all throughout the whole interaction

Royal Mail/Parcel Force have been going to the wrong address daily and pinging me an email that nobody was there. The automated nature of the website doesn't allow me to resolve online so I've been on hold several times on the phone for over 45mins. When I called back they said the message hadn't been passed on then transferred me to another dept where the line went dead. Beyond frustrating.

Got a parcel with track and trace but somehow went to a p.o box at 5.11 in the morning suspicious (thieving staff) still waiting 3 weeks later royal mail have been kind enough to offer me £46 for my missing parcel that cost me £650. Would advise to use other services everyone I know have packages go missing royal mail don't care

Large slow que. Only 1 man dealing with customers. Counter area had flashing ceiling lights and looked neglected. I need to speak to royal mail about stamps I sent back for exchange over £ 200 in October I have heard nothing back and unable to contact anyone and no proof of sending. You exchange system is not fit for purpose.

Depends who you get some helpful some not, but whoever was working on 29/11/22 at 6:20pm, was a rude arrogant you know what. Would of hit him a dig in the gob for the way he spoke to me if he wasn’t standing behind the counter.

On a weekly basis I am having clients report that the items I am posting to them in the North are simply not arriving. Even with strikes and allowing 2-4 weeks delivery. It literally feels like my items are being binned so many have gone missing. Absolute disgrace.
