I went to boots yesterday with my daughter to buy makeup products and met a polite lady called Lydia. I told her i wanted. Lydia went above and beyond for me. Lydia tried the makeup on me and made sure that i was satisfied with the perfect one for my face/Skin. Lydia demonstrated a good customer service, polite and above all she treated me well. I bought No 7 makeup. Well done Lydia.
I had a flu jab this afternoon given by Brian. He was very friendly and explained the procedure clearly and patiently. Actual injection was painless and we had an interesting conversation afterwards. He made me feel it wasn't a conveyor belt.

I really like Boots the staff are usually always helpful. They have the best deal on points. For every £1 you spend you get 1 point. They sell some food. If your into makeup there's plenty to choose from. I just recently got my CBD from there as it was buy 2 boxes get 1 free more reasonable than Holland and Barrett
It's not the same now the Beauty Consultants are not on hand to recommend bew products or advise you, the service just isn't the same. Boots still have a great variety of of self service products on their shelves. Not enough shop floor staff to assist when shopping if you are in need of help.
Nice Boots branch. Went there to get some make up items and I needed help to find my correct match for foundation and concealer. The staff in the store helped me with the right match for my skin in the different products. Might I also add that the staff are really nice and helpful too.
