   Excellent support, personal service and understanding of our needs from Ajay with Erica's support during our initial and regular ongoing reviews. The main area of improvement surrounds the length of time and communication process between Cockburn at its Financial Providers supporting client's portfolios. So for example, I believe this has an adverse impact for clients when transferring large sums of monies between parties, the source of a recent compliance investigation which has now been satisfactorily resolved.
