The first thing I can say is how friendly and welcoming Jon was, it felt like chatting with an old friend versus my pre conceived ideas of a financial advisor. Jon took time to understand us first and foremost, our lifestyle and future plans, and it felt right from the start that he was there to serve our best interests first and foremost. No pressure sales techniques, or over the top promises, just straight forward logical advice with us having total control over what we wanted to happen based on a number of scenarios. We have invested and have been very happy with how things have been handled, and most importantly I guess, how secure things are so far. I can’t speak highly enough about Jon and his approach, patient, logical and straightforward with nothing hidden, you know exactly what you’re signing up to and how things will be managed.
