    Got my wrist looking all bling, purchased a nice 9ct 11.4 curb bracelet from this cash converters, came next day, clean as a whistle, looks brand new, paid £530 so paid about £40 a gram which is very reasonable compared to high street shops charging £100 a gram. Spoke to a guy called Jack I can vouch for him what a legend, was telling me how he stole some money out of his sisters piggy bank to try and buy a bracelet like mine because he got jealous. Cheers guys ;)

    Some of the best customer service I've ever had! I ordered an Apple Watch off them online and initially got sent the wrong colour by mistake. Zubair, the Branch Manager, was incredibly helpful and arranged returning the Watch and getting a new one sent out to me as fast as possible. Super polite & helpful throughout the entire process and I have zero complaints with the outcome. Genuinely phenomenal service & you're in good hands if you shop here!

    The Best Staff ever. My favourite place to go when I want to trade in an item and what makes the place great is the superb Customer Service. I visited recently and received 100% of the attention regarding my transactions and a happy set of Transactions. Diamond Service from the lovely Katie (x) and from Jack. They are very pleasant to deal with and are honest and attentive. I totally recommend this shop, due to the Staff giving great advice and their knowledge.

    I have been using this service since early 2023 and the current staff are absolutely amazing. Always good to talk to and I enjoy using their quality value service. The girls Katie and Tisha are very polite, witty and kind. Big thank you to them for putting up with my humour. Pleasant young women. Everyone who works there are clear and informative and always go above and beyond to help me out. The managers here Zubair and Jack are some of the best management I have experienced here and have helped me out a great deal also. The weekend staff Andrew is also very precise and polite.     I been several times at the Watford branch ,normally visiting what they keeping in stock couple of times per month . Also I keep holding an account some years ago . I would like to say only that . I am so much happy with the costumer service from all of the employees. They are very friendly and I got the correct answering about my question Also I always get from them 110% attitude to explaining to me the offers, remaining me by phone calls, if my items nearly expired.
