Abysmal customer service! Incredibly arrogant proprietor. They NEVER answer their phone and the proprietor says he’s too busy to answer calls! Absolute rubbish customer service and support.
Post says open 9am and I’ve been standing here for more than 15 minutes now, the shop isn’t open. Calling the number from their website but no response. No idea when they will open- if they will. Unfortunately, there is no alternative shop around . Also they never label their items and each sales assistant gives customers any random prices. Boss manager not flexible as you would expect from a senior staff.
Placed an order 6 days ago, emailed several times to check to see when order will ship. No response, but the emails are being opened. Very shady business, my advice is stay far away Wish I could give 0 stars !!!!!
Great place for all Nigerian food items. Nice staffs and good prices. Do you have any longing for those naira delicacies, look no further..

I visit Apex once or twice a month for Nigerian food and other items. The butcher cum salesmen [ especially the bespectacled one] are polite , friendly and very patient. Prices are fair and service is prompt. Stepping into the store instantly reminds me of shopping in Lagos - without the aggro :-)
Lovely clean African shop. One stop shop. Shop with quality and good service. You will find all you need for food here. They even do takeaway cooked food service.
