   The people in this CC are very nice and so helpful. If your putting stuff in they will always try and help you with the what you need or has close has possible. So much better than another firm that ends in a X that just buy off you and give you has low that is just a joke. So glad I dont go anywhere else but here now for when need something to see me though the month and they always ask if its enough and say how much it is before you sign so you know everything before doing anything. GREAT STORE THAT IS HARD TO FIND A PLACE NOW THAT IS THERE TO HELP HAS MUCH THEY CAN... Thanks all the store. I Hip.

   Do not buy consoles or tech from this branch. I ordered a PS5 (2nd gen with controller) via the Cash Converters website — it never arrived. When my partner went in to sort a refund, a sales consultant (Elia) instead convinced her to buy another console without a controller for £220. When I went back myself to return it, I was refused a refund. To make things worse, I was told that if I wanted a controller, I’d need to pay another £60 — even though I was told they didn’t have any the day before. This “replacement” ended up costing more than my original order. Refunds here are only allowed for faults or “store credit,” so be very careful. The whole experience felt misleading and unfair. Crooks — avoid this store

   I wanted to sell a limited edition “halo5” xbox. Which was worth £550 at its time. I looked up online how much they could sell for and it told me about £40 to £100. I arrive and the baldy at the back offered me £10. You got be having a laugh hahaha. Just because of no hdmi and controller. You could buy a hdmi for £3 and a controller for £20. Absolutely outrageous. Legal scam that is. If I could give 0 rating, I would.

   Simply awful, I wanted to get rid of a 24inch TV that I had, they wouldn’t take it because the stand had a screw missing. TV is perfect. The TV cost me £350. They offered me £15, get out of here.( the screws were in the bag) I sold it for much more at CEX, professional service, and very sensible in what they offer you.

   Great place to browse and some really well priced items. Lots of great condition items reasonably priced which is good to see. The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the stock they had. One even went out of his way to check if similar items were at other local stores, which impressed me. I'd definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good bargain!

   What an impressive store! It’s huge so there’s plenty of variety & loads of exciting stuff (already looking for Xmas prezzies). Prices are fair & help manage & prepare for what continues to be really tough times financially for many of us. And it’s run by staff who don’t just know their stuff, but are super friendly & helpful which is very rare in retail. The Manager deserves a raise!
