   The advice i got was first class, everything was explained clearly and all question were answered to our satisfaction, the advisor John Crichton was very friendly, polite and helpful, understanding what we wanted to do and helped us be able to do achieve it,he kept us informed from start to finish and always willing to answer questions, so we never felt alone which was reassuring, even when something came up at the last minute which could have been a problem he got it sorted quickly (nothing to do with John's advice or company) all in all a very pleasant experience from an advisor that really seems to care about you and your needs. Even when it came to payment they sent an invoice but that was it, the only time it came up again really was when everything was complete. So to some up, i would recommend John and the company he works for and have,i couldn't be happier

   My partner and I couldn't be happier to be John's client. He's an absolute pleasure to work with, maintains full transparency throughout all advice and documentation, and puts everything into Layman's terms - which is ideal for those of us not totally confident with the world of investing. My mother has been a client of John's for a few years now and so I knew we'd be in safe hands. I'm very protective over my finances and it takes time for me to build trust in people. That said, I trust John implicitly because of how open he is, how personable and how much detail he provides in every report and in answer to every question. He really takes the time to get to know his clients and what they want out of life. Finding a trusted professional in any field is challenging these days, but I'd recommend John in a heartbeat to anyone seeking financial advice. I've no doubt that now we've made great progress on the investment side, we'll be leaning on John's support again soon to discuss other areas of our finances to give us that future peace of mind.
