   Parcel was not delivered although it showed up on the UPS system as delivered. Driver put in a fake signature, the customer Did Not Sign for the parcel. The driver made no contact with the receiver or sender even though contact details were correct on the parcel. Every phone number tried diverted us to UPS customer service who could not give us UPS Belfast direct line. We did find one number online and this diverted to Parcel Motel who had zero interest in helping us. It will take UPS 8 working days to find out what happened.

   Driver was dispatched to pick up package on Friday so I waited all day and he didn’t arrive until Monday morning even though I called 3 times on Friday and was assured by customer service he was on his way , I inquired on Monday why the no show on Friday and they said it was because I put Ireland and not Northern Ireland on the address which was untrue as I double checked and it was the correct address, post code, country and phone number which they didn’t bother to use to confirm any information. Blaming the customer who waited for 6 hours on a no show with no apology is not good customer service. Eventually I had to drive 20 miles to their drop off depot to make sure of delivery.Far from happy.

   Elsie's = Dire. Don't drop you UPS parcels here, rude staff, parcels dumped in the corner with no protection. Simply don't bother. There are far better access point locations that this.
