After 10 years with these guys I am finally walking away, overpriced and staff who simply do not care. My advice is shop round do not go to Abbey auto line just because it’s convenient. There is better out there!
Look around even compare websites will get you better deal, insured through them for 20 years ended up going elsewhere cos they tried to get there arm in. Quoted me £750 previous policy cost me 460. Ended up with Tesco £360 fully comp no claims bonus and protection. Wish I had of looked about sooner prob would have saved thousands.
Good price last year 4 van insurance, but went up £££, l shopped around and got it much cheaper

Well, I've been with this group since I've been living here five years. I found them to be quite ok. The staff in the office seemed to be very helpful and informative. You have to admit, their hands will be tied on a lot of issues, that's the hierarchy looking after their million pound bonuses i suppose. But all in all, the staff will steer you in the right direction and give some proper advice.
