   I made a "COMPLAINT" to CIP Insurance Brokers on 14th August 2025. They have not even acknowledged my complaint despite stating in their Complaints Process "If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction by the end of the third business day following receipt, we will formally investigate the matter. You will receive an acknowledgement of the matter together with a copy of our complaints process promptly and certainly within 5 working days." As it is now 2nd September 2025, this proves they do not even comply with their own written processes!

   Anyone out there requiring insurance then CIP is the place to try, it's the attention to detail that won our business , they take their time to explain your cover in great detail and your not taking out policies unsure of exactly what is covered unlike the majority of other places. Can't speak highly enough of the CIP team.

   Hi! Today I've received a renewal quote on my policy 100 pounds more then last year and taking in consideration that I had no claims I've rang them to see what's the problem there... I've been "greeted" by Sarah-louise who tried to get me into renewing my policy with them even to they didn't even matched my last year's quote. I told her that is not normal to pay more then last year and she started to be a bit salty and I've just said politely that from the renewal date I'll change and she PURELY HANG UP ON ME without even having any manners whatsoever... Being a customer for years to be treated like this was just a disgrace. Rang back and asked to tell me why she hang up on me and she said " you said you gonna cancel and I thought you gonna end up the call..." This company use to be great but I don't think they care about their customers as much as they did... To bad, I didn't want to change from them but I'll have no other choice ...

   Got a quote today for car insurance was over quoted bye £400 pounds, The girl i spoke with had pressured me into giving her the other prices i had received from the 2 other companies i had contacted, I had told her i wanted to keep them to myself to see what CIP could offer me, When she had gave me the quote i then told the agent the other 2 quotes i had obtained, "As Agreed" I informed her the price difference was £400 pounds for the same level of cover and also with free break down assistance in the UK & Ireland, She tried to haggle with me and drop the price by £200 pounds and explained the price difference must be a lighter form of cover than what i was looking with CIP, I asked for a like for like quote and the same level of cover for the same amount of people for the policy, So i knew 100% the quote i had been given was a like for like quote, Shop around it seems this company are brokers for main agents you can get a better price going directly.
