Diabolical, customer service is nonexistent. Unable to speak to anyone for advice or guidance, with endless redirection to irrelevant email addresses and no way of addressing responses you may eventually receive. I wouldn't award a star but unfortunately that isn't possible.
Absolute joke. 38 years old and getting quoted £11,000 for car insurance on a 2005 Mercedes ML. Also, make it extremely difficult for customers and potential customers to contact them. Wanna hang their heads in shame, rip off. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I have a small detached bungalow, a small crack appeared at the rear of my home, I contacted AVIVA (I have a second property in London, both insured with AVIVA) they were super unhelpful, don't waste your money here, slammed the door in my face..... Tried a few times to call for a quote, it rang for a minute then you heard the line get picked up then got hung up. Customers are obviously not thought a lot of.
