Got quoted £982 for car insurance, axani £633 , but got it even cheaper on the price comparison site quotezone with more add ons for £602 ,shop around!
Change your opening hours on Google, my son turned up last week to find that you are closed early and do not open on Saturday. For heaven's sake change this, it is annoying.
I was with this company for approx 10 years and I had to change my vehicle mid policy. The 2 ladies I was talking to in the Ballymena branch weren't very helpful and certainly didn't come close to 1st Central insurance (who I'm now with). When asked could they match, it was just a "NO, do you want to cancel your policy then ?" there quote was £100 more expensive for a car with a smaller engine and lower in value. I was told then I'd have to wait 6 -8 weeks for a refund of my policy! Apparently the insurance company is going to send a cheque to them for them to post it to me! So I paid by card right away to purchase the policy and now I have to wait for a cheque!??? I'm pretty sure we live in 2024 NOT 1985 and I don't drive a DeLorean! This company doesn't care if your a loyal customer for years, it's one price no negotiating like it or lump it. Autoline was a far better company before they amalgamated with Abbey.
