   Went in to get an insurance quote for a change of car just to see how much it would cost and i couldn’t actually bare the ignorance i received. Will be going elsewhere with my money along with the other 4 policies in my household.

   The worst service I received today with this company. There were employees who did not help me at all. I told them I wanted no bonus claims for my father, who was sick. They said he had to come, and then they told me he did not speak English and they could not help. They were going to cancel the insurance. This is very bad. This I consider to be racist.

   Axa are crooks, was involved in a car accident 5 years ago. Took them 5 years to settle. Turned out not to be my fault. I had paid well into £2,000 in over payments and and excess didn’t receive half of it back. Then when I cancelled my insurance they send me a letter 2 months later saying I have 10 days to pay £700 or they will get a solicitor involved. Also this is the first and only letter and they have already threatened me. Next time it might be use full to tell people this information when they cancel there insurance. I will be moving my wife’s insurance and my house insurance away from Axa. Because if something happens you can be sure they will try and take as much money as they can. Ps I am going to get advice on this letter and will be taking it further on my end

   Awful hard to get through to and send proper. Details bexause. That I had to leave car till tomorrow u sent me 52 pages of stupid stuff instead of just sending me my cover note plus it takes too long to get through to you, never seen firm wth so many dos. And don'ts was dissappoijnted

   Got a quote , i have been trying for 2 days to go ahead with the policy, we have spoken to 3 men each time we phoned to be told they would contact us, still waiting, I had to go with another company as I needed to get the car insured,

   Called into our local branch-Ballymena-as call centre was very unhelpful. Dealt with Stacey who was an absolute wee gem. Had our new car insurance sorted out in 10mins. Explained everything very clearly. Would definitely recommend speaking to her. Fantastic service
