Took in an old pair of courts with an unusual heel shape for reheeling and new insoles. They did a great job on the shape of the reheel but left hard sharp bits of plastic from the reshaping that were difficult to remove. The new insoles I wasn't satisfied with as they didn't match well to the shape of the shoe and were stuck down over the existing ones which were flaking away. The shoes are now wearable again but the attention to detail didn't meet my expectations.
Came here after a recommendation, took the back buckle off of a set of Birkenstocks for me, all done while I waited. Very helpful and brilliant at what they do. Highly recommend!

Rude to my boyfriend twice, given that he's been dead nice to everyone else it would seem, I can only assume he thought the boots he took in for me were his and made some kind of judgement based on that. Not cool. Will go to Timpson's next time where we're treated with some kind of decency.
Took my knackered boots in and now they're like brand new. Great price too. He kept them longer than I thought it would take,but if my boots are anything to go by, they make sure they do a good job before giving them back. And my boots needed a lot of work. Couldn't these guys recommend enough
