   Well stocked for DIY products. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. This shop is important for the local community. Sadly, parking is crazy in Bramcote Lane, but they can't help that.

   Called in today after receiving poor customer service at another local DIY shop. My experience was as different as night and day. Cutlers were extremely helpful, went to get things I couldn't find, really went out of their way. I will definitely be using Cutler's in future.

   I find this shop extremely unhelpful. Twice now I have had bad experiences. Firstly, a Magnolia plant which my Mum bought for me as a birthday present, died within a few weeks of purchase and the shop didn't want to know. Secondly today my friend took back a brush which I'd purchased on February 27th and had broken within two weeks. Because there wasn't a receipt the shop didn't help once again. They never gave me a receipt in the first place so how on earth do I produce one?! Very very poor. No loyalty or any customer service skills whatsoever.
