   I took my father's gold curb bracelet in here which had a loose clasp. They explained what needed to be done to fix it - and I could actually do it myself and they didn't feel comfortable charging me for it so I will definitely visit them again and know I won't be ripped off. I've also been in for watch batteries etc and they've always been helpful with great service.

   I would NEVER EVER reccomend these jewellers to anyone. They totally destroyed a very sentimental family heirloom that can never be replaced.

   The claw broke off my wife's engagement ring, I took it in as they had previously reset the top plate and replaced diamonds. Despite being under their warranty I've returned within weeks of their last repair with yet another defect and had to pay for yet another repair. After inspecting once home, as you are rushed out of the shop, the claw hasn't actually been repaired/re-solded. It's been filed down and now has an extra chunk cut into the ring as you can see in the pictures. The ring now has 3 claws and one that is very distinctively different and it looks as though they have cut into the actual ring itself. I am not returning back. They have done more damage than repair. Thank you for ruining a very sentimental and expensive item of jewellery. I would avoid full stop.
