I took a necklace in as the chain had broken. The lovely lady serving me repaired it while I waited and charged me nothing! How kind is that. Trustworthy company- restored my faith in humanity. ❤️

Not a happy experience! My husband bought me a watch that I didn't like and requested a refund, the next day, however he was informed, apparently beforehand, that no refunds are offered by Leivers only a credit note. Customer service is lacking, the manager is particularly brusque, and as the jewellery offer is not to my taste I had to compromise to select an alternative watch as i didn't want to have a credit note for £200+ , A 'family run' business should perhaps concentrate on putting their customers first

I had taken a silver bracelet in to be looked over as i had caught it on something and the clasp had stretched open slightly, this was given to me by my grandma and i have never taken it off so i was naturally worried about losing it. The staff were friendly and professional, the lady took it to be looked at by the jeweller and they were able to adjust it for me, i thought it would be a new clasp! No charge. Just a message of appreciation and a shout out to all independent businesses, thank u

My wife had a wonderful experience here today. She bought a lovely solitaire diamond ring and had another ring appraised. The staff were very helpful and friendly and she came home a very happy bunny. Well done to all concerned. Highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing place I needed my engagement ring cleaned at short notice for my up coming wedding after being let down by a shop in the city centre , they got it done for me and its back to being a beautiful shining ring again so happy thank you so much .

Took my expensive Raymond Weil watch in to find out if new battery could be fitted. Assistant said it could but would have to be sent off to workshop as it was an expensive watch (about £1500). Battery would cost £18. Had to ask for receipt but they never took my address or phone number. Said it would be back in about 4 days. Duly returned to find out workshop said they couldn't do it because they didn't know how to get the back off. Had they taken my phone number they could have rung me and told me! Even when I collected it, the assistant asked me if it actually was my watch-there was no tag with my details attached. Took watch to Cope's jewellers in town today. Took about 15 minutes for new battery to be fitted at a cost of £15. Will never go to Leivers again for anything. Not at all professional.
