When I visited the Nottingham store, Karena went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to check the system thoroughly and even looked into whether other sellers might have it.    I came in two weeks ago to look for a birthday present and this was my first time visiting the store. Bella approached us and helped us picked out some beautiful rings that are within our budget. She was so friendly, patient and certainly not pushy when it comes to buying anything. She was so lovely and it definitely made my experience at Swarovski wonderful!    Bit of a disappointing experience trying to order a Swarovski watch strap here . Albeit the strap concerned is a discontinued one ( original watch bought from this store ) , we were assured a strap could still be obtained so an order was placed . It's 3 days shy of a month today and still not received strap , so phoned again 4th time . Lady who answered , Louise , very pleasant , put us on hold to find out what the situation was . Came back to say , not available . Took this long to find out ? Really ??????

   awful customer service when it comes to faults with their jewellery- offered me no refund or exchange even though my bracelet keeps falling off because the clasp isn’t strong enough. Manager was incredibly unhelpful.

   I came yesterday around 1pm to buy my mom necklace, when I came in a lady look at me and not helping me for any. I asked her to see the necklace she told me wait and her face like she didn’t want to served me. But another British man came and she was so friendly with him. That is absolutely racist. It made me so angry of it!!! I put 2 stars because another lady was so helpful and friendly with me. I hope the manager can hear what I saying
