   My Girlfriend and I went to the Nottingham store today (pre booked appointment). The staff were fantastic even helping us to find the store by phone after we got lost in the town centre! We saw Sam. He was knowledgeable, professional and very likeable. He explained everything very cleary and helped us to select from a wide array of possible options. We left the store with a beautiful engagement ring and our interest logged on two watches. We were so glad we visited as the watches were very different when seen on the wrist and under the light. We both chose models we may not have selected from photographs alone. I cannot praise Sam highly enough, he made the experience an absolute pleasure. We will of course be back for a wedding ring this summer! When you ask a jeweller to help you in lifes most important events, it should be one you like to deal with. Well done Goldsmiths.

   I have had the pleasure of dealing with this location for the past 4 years. I am an international client and over the years have purchased a total of about a dozen watches from the two locations in Nottingham. They carry a variety of brands like Tissot, Longines, Rado, Tag Heuer and Tudor at the Victoria Center location and I have purchased multiple Tudors and Tissots. Sanj has always been my go to guy! He is more than just a watch salesman and I consider him my friend first and foremost. He has personally helped me with nearly half a dozen watches and is always the best I could imagine when it comes to purchasing luxury watches. Whenever I go in its a very laidback environment and never has he ever been pushy or recommended something that doesn't work for me. He has helped me acquire hard to get pieces such as the BlackBay 54 Lagoon for my wife. The other staff members such as Drew and Neena are also a pleasure to deal and chat with every time I am in town. Overall I have to give this team at Victoria Center Goldsmiths a solid 12/10!!

   The service we received was phenomenal. We were put at ease immediately, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. They most certainly know their stuff! To begin with we dealt with Darelle, and then Sanj. We had a slight issue through no one’s fault other than hot, swollen fingers! it was resolved there and then. We would definitely recommend Goldsmiths Nottingham and personally we wouldn’t go anywhere else. 100% service 100% staff! Thank you.

   I came in to Victoria Centre Nottingham today wanting to purchase a specific ladies watch. Before going to Goldsmiths i went to a competitor whos only interest was upselling me, this was the worst experience ive ever had. Goldsmiths Victoria Centre Nottingham was a complete different experience i was attended with warmth and care, i was not asked if there was a budget i was simply attended with what i wanted to buy. Outstanding service, i was asked if it was for a occassion i said no but it rly was for a occassion some thing very personal within my heart and within my family and i can not thank the young lady that attended me today for making my purchase all the more special memorable and left me with a very memorable day after a very difficult week. I hope the assistant that attended me receives a award for showing discrection not being pushy and overall doing her job outstanding. I made this clear to her manager to when i was in store, i gave me email but have not received anything i think your assistant was outstanding

   I am leaving my original post on here. I would like to say a massive thank. So, thank you Goldsiths. My issue about a receipt, has been resolved. I cannot thank you enough. You did so very professionally and kept me up to date with the steps you were taking on my behalf. Thanks George x I needed a copy.of my receipt for my ring. Couldn't give me a copy due to the data act. I left my husbands email. No response. Rang the shop to remind them. Still no receipt.
