   If we could give more than 5 stars we would!! Warren, Sue and Nick were beyond fantastic. First made contact in September 2024, and had keys in our hands March 2025 for our first home. (from offer accepted accepted till keys was 9 weeks !!) They went through every step methodically and explained all the complicated terms as we were first time buyers, even answered my random questions and queries. Felt extremely looked after as the clients. Thankyou so much for helping to making our plans a reality.

   I've had excellent support and advice from Andy, Sue & Warren for over 10 years now. They're always incredibly helpful and include all the details, many I wouldn't have considered if I was to do my own legal work, and keep everything clear and easy to understand. If I've forgotten something (which I do after a while) they've always been happy to talk me through it again and keep me up to date. They've found me fantastic mortgage offers and the best price for life insurance, accident & sickness cover. I consider myself very fortunate to have had mortgages explained right from the start.    I have to give the Mortgages Explained team top marks for everything, they truly deserve it. Especially to the mortgage advisor Nick. The service he gave was great and very professionally, plus he stayed in communication and kept me informed with everything, and was always there if I needed help or had any questions. He also understood I worked full time and was happy to contact me at more suitable times. His Knowledge is very impressive which made the whole process much easier and straight forward, especially as I am a first time buyer and was very unsure about everything.    We give all five stars to the team who really deserve it, especially the mortgage advisor Nick who did his job professionally, was constantly in touch even after working hours. We were very nervous, because it was our first mortgage, but despite all this Nick managed to find the right words at the right time, reassuring us that everything would be fine.
