Two months is not enough to sort out a mortgage offer while using their advisor. Elsewhere it took less than two weeks( the same property, documents and so on ). I don't think I need to add any comments here.

Booked an appointment with Lisa after seeing positive reviews on-line. Not disappointed at all, talked me through the whole process as this was my first mortgage. Gave me sound advice and liaised with me accordingly during the whole process (including an amendment to the mortgage, after a negotiation on the purchase price). Offered and recommended other products as required, but was not pushy when suggesting various insurances etc. Her and Lianna kept me posted at all times when things were progressing, to ensure my purchase was pretty much stress free. All fees were clearly explained during our first meeting. 100% happy with the service I received, highly recommended!
Lisa at MAB has been absolutely fantastic. The first time we applied for a mortgage directly we were declined which was pretty stressful. I was recommended Lisa through one of the agents I was in contact with and she has been excellent. Replies to emails/phone calls so quickly which takes a huge amount of stress out the buying process, fees have been very reasonable and she has always been there to listen to me moan about solicitors/agents etc. If I am ever buying/selling again I would happily use Lisa and also highly recommend.
