Me being me... I'd only just tried on my wedding ring that my fiance had bought with my engagement ring back in April 2023... Unfortunately it didn't fit so I went straight to Ernest Jones where the manager was so helpful and sent my ring off to be re-sized. I was kept updated the whole time and really looked after. Thanks so much!! Finally all ready for our wedding day!
I have purchased two amazing rings from Liz in Ernest Jones at East Midlands Designer Outlet, both made by Le Vian. Liz is knowledgeable, friendly and knows her diamonds. The excellent customer care, attention and professionalism keeps me coming back and buying more. Thank you so much Liz x Only negative thing is having to look through the window at the Le Vian collection instead of inside where I’m sure under the display cabinet lights more would sell as they are exquisite!
Had a wonderful experience having my wedding ring made to mould around my engagement ring. It wasn’t something I even knew you could do. I was given frequent updates on the process including letting me know my engagement ring had arrived safely etc, really appreciated being kept in the loop from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the end product, so a huge thank you to Dana and all her help with this x

Poor experience. Assistant was helpful but lacked product knowledge. Had never heard of a well know brand when asked if they had any in stock. Quite a few of the products are ex display or reconditioned.
One of my favourite jewellery stores. I do buy an awful lot from here. Ernest Jones partners with H Samuel so try looking with either for product availability and price match. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
I went to this store today to buy two wedding rings. We had Barbra as our assistant and I I must say she was amazing and could not do enough for us. We both has irregular ring sizes and took up a lot of her time but she helped us find what we needed.
Poor service from a reputable jewellers. I had my engagement ring taken to be resized, took 2 and a half weeks for them to return it to me with the diamond LOOSE!! Absolutely ridiculous for them to return it in such a bad state, a brand new ring with a now loose diamond. Worst part about it, they’re now saying they can send it off to be fixed but could take 4 weeks!! Great way to start my engagement, first month and a half without the ring on my finger. Only advice is don’t bother buying from them.
