   Julia, Ella, Hollie and Kelsey in the Plymstock Broadway branch are extremely helpful, very knowledgeable on their products, and are trained on Animal nutrition, so know their stuff. I have a new dog Called Monty who I rescued in August, he had a severe digestion problem, these ladies have shown so much patience with me as a first time dog mum, before and after I adopted him. They have identified what the issue was and have put me on to the correct food, it has sorted out Monty's problem, he is happier and more comfortable, and his coat is fabulous, so soft and glossy. I cannot thank them enough for their help and kindness, and their patience. They really do put animals first. A Really great team.

   27th June. Had a wonder around the shop looking for rabbit ears, my young Spaniel loves them. Asked if they had any and shop assistant said they had some out the back. My dog took a sniff of some treats that was on display a few inches off the floor. To which we were meet with “SHORT LEAD” abruptly from the assistant! As a pet shop you’d expect pets in the shop and if your that anal about the treats on display don’t put them on the floor easily accessible. We walked out. Never to return. I will use Amazon, that is cheaper anyway. One star is being very generous for rude customer service.

   We booked our 16 month old German Shepherd in for a grooming appointment. The staff were excellent with him and were happy to have me help out as he has only been to another grooming parlour once before which was a little bit of a challenge. The manner in which he was treated was superb. The end result was excellent. Thank you for your great service. Highly recommended and much appreciated.

   It's nice in here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and they have everything you need for any pet. It is a bit pricey but it's worth it for what they have available and the quality of products.

   The stock is good but we felt a bit ambushed by staff, tbh. The prices were a bit much and we'd have preferred to be left to browse until we needed help. We'd have stayed longer if we hadn't felt so pressurised.
