Brilliant customer service from Sarah. Great range of natural dog chews/treats and our company are pleased to purchase from an independent company like we are.
I buy their own brand dry food for my dog and it’s fantastic. He has a very sensitive tummy and this has been totally transformed since using Wellington’s. Pricier than other brands but considering the quality of the food and because I love my dog (and my carpets!) I think it’s worth every penny.

Very friendly, they were closing but stayed open for me. No hard sell they gave me free sample for Daisy to try and said bring Daisy along next time.
So friendly and helpful. So much fun to visit with my dog. She loves it because she always gets a treat. Good variety of dried and frozen foods toys beds collars etc. Nice to support real people instead of a big chain
Really impressed with their range of healthy/biologically appropriate dog food. The safe we're incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even going so far as to carry our items to the till and to the car.
