   Bought a new Microsoft surface laptop back in Jan 2022. It came with a 12 month warranty. After 4 month, it blew up, massive hardware error. We were told to return the item to a hub technology store where it would be fixed. We took it there in person. 2 months later, finally we got hold of the store we were told that the hackney store had dropped it and broken the screen, did we still want it. We said no, we’d like a refund as per the terms of the warranty. They confirmed this via email. 6 months later, I still don’t have my £500 refund, staff now have taken to putting the phone down on me, won’t give me any details to contact anyone else and refused to help in any way shape manner or form. No customer service number, no help and I’m massively out of pocket. Going to trading standards now to get my money back.

   I was blown away with the level of professional service from ARAAN and JESSIE. I bought an amazing I phone for a good price. JESSIE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME HOW IT WORKED AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF! HE THEN SET THE WHOLE PHONE UP FOR ME.
